The magpie nest uk team sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchases.
If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We always want to deliver a great standard of customer service and will do all that we can to ensure this happens for each of our customers. And if we are not able to rectify any problems or issues that you have over one of our products, then we will happily refund you in full and provided it is returned to us in a good sellable condition or you can exchange the item. Any difference in price will be rectified at the point of exchange.
Returns
The magpie nest, UK accepts returns provided items are returned to us within 28 days and arrive in unused & saleable condition. In this case we will refund 100% of the product cost.
Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will also refund the postage but there will be no refund for an item if it’s simply unwanted.
All requests for refunds must be received by us within seven days from the day after you receive the item. Once the date has expired refunds & exchanges can only be made in accordance with your statutory rights.
Cancellation policy
Under the consumer protection distance selling regulation you have up to 7 working days after you receive your item to cancel your order in writing.
The above policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or damaged goods or your rights to cancel orders under the consumer protection regulations.
Delivery
Orders received before 5 pm will be posted the next day via Royal mail second-class. Larger orders will be sent via parcel force.
Postage and packing will be added at checkout and will be clearly stated.
Please note the highlands and islands of Scotland postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly – Postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25. Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands are classed as International destinations. Please email us for prices to countries outside the United Kingdom, and the above destinations.
We ship to most parts of the world, including: USA, Canada, Channel Islands, Far East, Australia, France, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Republic of Ireland, if your country is not listed please email us to enquire before ordering.
Stock availability
The magpie nest UK team endeavour to ensure that stock levels quoted on the website are up-to-date. However, from time to time there may be some discrepancies, if this should happen and you have ordered an item which is out of stock. We will notify you immediately at which point you can either agree to wait until the item is re available , purchase another item or have full refund.
Payment options
Payments to the magpie nest UK are made securely through our website using your credit or debit card. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, cheques or postal orders.
Please note, there may be an extra charge for payments not made in sterling. Please enquire at time of placing order as to the current charge.
