If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We always want to deliver a great standard of customer service and will do all that we can to ensure this happens for each of our customers. And if we are not able to rectify any problems or issues that you have over one of our products, then we will happily refund you in full and provided it is returned to us in a good sellable condition or you can exchange the item. Any difference in price will be rectified at the point of exchange.


The magpie nest, UK accepts returns provided items are returned to us within 28 days and arrive in unused & saleable condition. In this case we will refund 100% of the product cost.

Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will also refund the postage but there will be no refund for an item if it’s simply unwanted.

All requests for refunds must be received by us within seven days from the day after you receive the item. Once the date has expired refunds & exchanges can only be made in accordance with your statutory rights.


Cancellation policy

Under the consumer protection distance selling regulation you have up to 7 working days after you receive your item to cancel your order in writing.

Orders received before 5 pm will be posted the next day via Royal mail second-class. Larger orders will be sent via parcel force.

However, from time to time there may be some discrepancies, if this should happen and you have ordered an item which is out of stock. We will notify you immediately at which point you can either agree to wait until the item is re available , purchase another item or have full refund.
